Terms and Conditions

PRODUCT SATISFACTION
We want you to love our products as much as we do to ensure you keep coming back to us!  

If you are not totally satisfied with any product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an 
email to info@kandlesbykc.com.au and tell us the reasons why you are not happy.  Please also send a photo so we can understand your concerns better. 

We are happy to provide a replacement, exchange items, provide a store credit or give a refund where the product is a fault of ours.

We do not refund for incorrect choice or change in mind, however you may exchange the item for a different product upon return of the item in its original condition.  
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the postage to return the item back to us and for re-delivery.

Every care is taken to ensure your order is packed for secure delivery, however, we accept no responsibility for any mishandling by Australia Post which may cause damage to your order whilst in transit.  For this reason, we highly recommend you select 'Registered Post' to provide you with extra cover again loss or damage.


PRIVACY
In order to complete your online order, we need to collect  your name and address for billing and delivery purposes, phone number and email address. 

When providing your credit cards details over the phone/email to purchase items, once your payment is processed your card details are destroyed.  We do not store any credit card information.

We take your privacy seriously and will ensure that any information given to us by you is protected.  We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other person or organisation.


POSTAGE & HANDLING
We ship to any location in Australia, using Australia Post.  You may also collect your order from our shop at Castle Towers in Castle Hill, Sydney.  

Our postage and handling costs are as follows:

QLD/VIC/TAS                              $15.00                                        $18.20  
WA/NT/SA                                   $23.00                                        $26.20 

We highly recommend that you select 'Registered Post' to protect your order from loss or damage.  With Registered Post, we will be able to track your order in the event it does not arrive to you.  We will glady send you a new order in the event your item is lost or damaged where it has been sent by Registered Post. 

If you choose to have your order sent by Regular Post, please note that we will be unable to guarantee its delivery.  We will be unable to track its whereabouts or claim for loss or damages.   This means, if your order is lost or damaged through Regular Post, we will be unable to provide you with a replacement order.

We will notify you when we have posted your item so you can expect delivery shortly after that (depending on where is has to travel to of course!).  Should you not receive your order after a reasonable time once we notify you that we have posted, please contact us at
info@kandlesbykc.com.au.


PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:

~  All major Credit Cards via the phone or in person 
~  Paypal (Bank Transfer, Credit Cards)
~  Direct Bank Transfer
~  EFTPOS (only in person as we will need to swipe your card and you will need to enter in your PIN details)

Payment is required within 3 days of order being placed, otherwise your order may be cancelled by us. Orders will not be posted until payment is received in full.

 
PRICING
All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to review and change without notice.


GIFT VOUCHERS
These terms and conditions apply to Gift Vouchers that have been issued at no cost you to e.g. provided as a gift from us via a fundraising event/charity or promotional activity.

~  Vouchers are redeemable in-store only (unless otherwise stated on the voucher)
~  Vouchers are redeemable on KANDLES BY KC branded products only. These include: Bulb Jar Candles, Soy Melts and Soy Votives.  Other products made by us or another brand may be purchased but you will need to pay the stated price for these.
~  Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
~  Vouchers will not be valid past the expiry date.
~  Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (unless agreed to).
~  Any issues arising from the use of the voucher will be at the discretion of KANDLES BY KC.


RIGHT TO SUPPLY
We may, after consideration, decline to supply a product or products to you without giving any reason.  If products have been paid for, monies will be returned to you.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of any order to be supplied by Kandles by KC will be considered as confirmation of acceptance of these trading terms.
